Paperwork
Before your child can attend funded sessions, we require a completed FEEE registration form (available from the Nursery administration department) in addition to your child’s birth certificate or passport. This registration form only needs to be completed once. At the start of every term, we also need you to complete a ‘Declaration of Attendance’ form.
The Nursery manager will explain all the details to parents of our policy and any funding options available when you visit the nursery or on registration of your child’s nursery place.
